It must be attached to the bike in the following way: Place the tabs on the down tube of the bike such that they line up with the ends of the POST NIB.push the tab all the way down and hold while pushing the tab upwards towards the top tube. The tab should now be touching the top tube. Twist the tab so that the decal is facing the road. The decal should now be facing the bike.
